Pros
The variety with five cup sizes is a coffee lover's dream! Even so, the coffee is delicious and maybe worth the extra effort. The flexibility of 5 cup size is a charm, catering to all my coffee cravings.
The milk frother is like a personal barista, very convenient. Temperature of the brew is just right. It gives such a nice froth at the top after brewing.
Nespresso vertuo is a coffee and espresso marvel. The one-touch brewing is what caffeinated dreams are made of. First, the ability to customize brew strength. The espresso it makes is excellent, providing a great taste.
Making 2 pods and milks of each roughly equals the same volume as a venti. The pods are all different strengths and flavors. The capsules are sealed to maintain freshness. Extra cost of this style vertuo pod, i believe, is well worth it.
Easy-to-use functionality is a godsend for my sleepy mornings. Quick brewing time makes my morning routine more efficient.
Cons
The mug footprint only likes certain size mugs so it can spill if you dont' supervise your pour. Leaked coffee out the top and grounds into the cup from the very beginning. To be fair, the gran lungo ones are much better and not so sour/tangy tasting.... Read More
This is hard to use for arthritic hands and dexterity. Amazon's customer service says to contact seller directly. Now it gets returned and the surprise was ruined.

The cup tray is too small & larger mugs will slide off if you dont hold them the entire brew.
The secret handshake of slaps, taps, flips, toggles, and button presses described in the manual never worked so we called support.

But this one is definitely worth the money.
25 each which is much cheaper than a coffee shop.
Cost of this vertuo coffee maker and the aerocinno milk frother together was ~$360.

The machine heats up quickly and brews consistently rich and aromatic coffee, often rivaling what you'd find at a café.
Still, it’s the same model of nespresso vertuo by breville, and i couldn’t be happier.
