Pros
This product is excellent, a true wizard in brewing. It's incredibly easy to use, heating up in just 25 seconds. It heats up in 25 seconds and has an energy saving feature.
The adjustable cup support is a thoughtful touch and the complimentary starter set is like the cherry on top of this caffeinated sundae. The ability to brew 4 cup sizes gives you just the flexibility you need to suit your java-craving mood.
It uses centrifugal force to generate the pressure that extracts all that rich espresso flavor. The chrome finish adds elegance to my kitchen. The authentic espresso and recyclable capsules are a plus.
Nespresso capsules are a delightful addition, offering variety and convenience. It also includes a free capsule starter set. The aeroccino3 machine is amazing as well! It seals tight and makes coffee just like the original sealed pods.
Nespresso vertuo is a delightful combination of convenience, eco-friendliness, and pure coffee bliss. This machine is worth every penny.

Quality
The quality of my machine has been great and i haven’t had a single issue with leaking, temp issues, or not working in any way.
It’s working great so far, and seems to be very solidly built.
Ended up having to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it after the clean cycle kept failing due to airlock and not pushing water.
After owning for about 10 months, i can say i still look forward to waking up for coffee every single morning.

It came with a pack of pods and we love the different tastes.
The bundled listing is incorrect as there is no frother included.
Competitiveness
I enjoy it way more than my breville espresso maker as well!
Overall, i highly recommend this one over the delonghi model, which many reviewers reported problems with.
But it is way better than starbucks, aka fivebucks.
One thing i would note is, i have not found amazon to be the best place to buy the nespresso pods.

Two things though if you have never used one before you have to make sure to push the lever all the way to lock
