Pros

Whether it's a quick morning pick-me-up or a special treat to unwind after a long day, this machine delivers coffee shop-quality goodness in every cup. Decaf for making late night martinis. Easy to use and makes a perfect latte every time.

Cons

The pod box was opened from the ends and pods missing. Ended up with water everywhere. The water no longer heats up enough to make a good cup of coffee or espresso. It comes out luke warm.

The box seems old and torn a bit. After a video chat with nespresso, i need to send the machine in and have them repair it. My best guess is that this company has a policy of selling refurbished coffee machines as new machines.

I was buying cold brew cans to satisfy my lazy days (over $3 each).

Such a great deal, i totally recommend!

If you are tired of paying $12-$17 for a latte, this is the way to go.

50 a coffee which is a lot less than going out and getting a coffee.

Packaging/appearance

I bought this machine used in good condition and it arrived in perfect condition with a slightly worn box.

The box was so badly busted on the sides and the box was completely soaked.

Saved more then half came in original box i was super happy it was spotless didn't even look used.

Over all it was a gift so that was embarrassing handing them a box that was full of labels and looked like it came from a landfill.

Competitiveness

We bought this nespresso in hopes of spending less on starbucks, dutch bros, and all other coffee sellers lol.

If you want a choice of hundreds of different roasts or flavors, and the ability to buy k-cups at any grocery store, keurig is way to go.

In comparison, the breville machine's flip-top lid offers a more convenient and secure design.

In contrast, the de'longhi model has a smaller base.
