It is a wonderful machine, well made, sturdy, and i am pleased with my purchase. I am on my third machine and it works great.

It is easy to use, looks great on my countertop and most importantly it makes a delicious cup of coffee or espresso.

Cons

Comes out luke warm and has way too much froth. Machine makes a creaking sound when moving it so i think the spring broke or has some other defect. I also believe this machine i supposed pop the used coffee pods in the used pod holding bin but that do... Read More

This delonghi version is zero for 2 for me this week. Serious bummer. Never again.

After christmas, i go to use the evoluo and it leaks everywhere. The base leaks horribly. There must be an issue with the seal between the tank and the base.

If you are tired of paying $12-$17 for a latte, this is the way to go.

00 for my latte at home instead of $6.

I use this machine every day now and am spending on $2.

They do have sales from time to time where they usually give you two sleeves of coffee for free with orders.

Packaging/appearance

The box was so badly busted on the sides and the box was completely soaked.

Coffee samples came in a plastic bag instead of the sample box.

Over all it was a gift so that was embarrassing handing them a box that was full of labels and looked like it came from a landfill.

In comparison, the breville machine's flip-top lid offers a more convenient and secure design.

In contrast, the de'longhi model has a smaller base.
