Cons

The foam ruins any coffee taste and experience. The coffee is lukewarm and gets cold and minutes. Also tastes kind of like leftover coffee.

The water tank was obviously refurbished and within a few uses it’s broken. Please flag this seller as corrupt and prosecute.

I am very impressed by how well it works and the quality of espresso and coffees it produces.

Took her a cup or two to dial in the flavor profile she likes and has been very happy with the results.
