The aeroccino milk frother is fantastic for latte lovers. Just like the weather, my coffee cravings change and this machine keeps up. It's like having my personal barista at home.

The silky crema that tops each cup is delightfully luscious.

Cons

Sometimes i have to call customer service to get it rebooted to factory setting. The machine lasts a little over a year and then gets a mechanical issue and has to be replaced. I'm sure this is under warranty, but the thought of getting another one is... Read More

It seems to me that either nestle keeps adding new features to the new products and make it unnecessarily complicate. And the manual itself is a nightmare.

Often it overflows out of the container. It only takes weight of the water container which would be great when it works. A couple pods were wasted before learning the warm water pro tip.

Nespresso customer support is, meh. They are friendly but it is a pain because they run you through all the same troubleshooting tasks that i already know. Customer service has no intention of sending me a replacement.

Now i seldom buy $7-11drinks at starbucks.

Pods are a bit pricey, but it is a nice luxury.

I found a discount store that has the pods for 2 bucks a box.

Shipping

The order and delivery times for the nespresso capsules is always fast.

The reason i still gave it a good rating is 1) it was wonderful when it worked and 2) i was quickly and fully reimbursed for it.

Packaging/appearance

I think the fact that i repacked it with the exact same materials (a box within a box within a box) facilitated an easy return.

Competitiveness

The selection is excellent and the price per pod, while higher than the k-cups, is worth it if you insist on quality over price.
