Pros

The pods are a little pricy but they are totally recyclable. The frother heats the milk of you can frorth cold for iced coffees. I love being able to wake up in the morning to heat it up, get my milk frothy and then have a cappuccino or latte.

Super easy to setup and use. I am also glad i got a deluxe model which came with a 60 oz.

Cons

Nespresso customer service is the worst. Their instructions are woefully incomplete and inadequate. The vendor refuses.

The unit vendor says i'm the problem and that i should use a hot coffee cup and hot milk and enjoy a cooler cup of coffee. The pod vendor says the coffee product is fragile and it can't survive a higher temperature and will burn. Especially about leak... Read More

Everyone has loved both the ease of use as well as the quality of the product.

I was hesitant to go with the vertuo pods instead of the original smaller pods but all is well.

Nothing beats the quality and goodness as this tried and true machine.

There isn't much variation with the blending.

Price

I think a subscription service would be cheaper, but i'd probably buy them no matter what the cost is.

I've been eyeballing it for awhile and when the price dropped enough i finally got it and now know it's worth every penny!

Packaging/appearance

It’s also easy to remove the used pod container to empty it.

Sure you lose out on the added benefit of controlling size, but you end up with better tasting coffee that way.

I wake up, put a cup in the machine, put milk in the frothier, press 2 buttons and i'm done.

Competitiveness

Great taste in less than 2 mins.

Coffee is better than starbucks and other boutique coffee shops with a much more realistic unit costs.

I wanted something that was better than the basic k-cup kuregs on the market.
