Pros

The frothed is amazing and love everything about it. It keeps my coffee from getting cooled off & gives me alot of froth.

It's so easy to use, the espresso is delicious and creamy. Makes delicious coffee/espresso. It also makes the best coffee with the finest crema on top.

Cons

The machine is ugly, takes up way too much counter space, and the swinging water reservoir is awkward. Hot frother gets so thick it can't pour and cold is watery and not frothed at all.

Nespresso very loudly market the fact that this can make large cups of coffee. The pods are too costly for the amount you get as well.

The machine and frother are quiet and seem to be very well made.

Very user friendly and has been performing consistently well in a house of espresso lovers for a few months.

Also, sadly the machine itself feels like cheap plastic.

Use the warranty instead of giving 1 or 2 stars.

I bought this during prime day so it was a great sale!

Very easy to do and much less expensive.

Repairs would have been almost as expensive as a new one.

I would literally recommend this to anyone who likes fancy coffee but not the high prices of buying it everyday.

This was delivered ahead of time and in good condition.

Packaging/appearance

Both the outside box and the inside box were damaged.

As soon as i opened it and set it up there was a red ring, wouldn't open, and wouldn't factory reset.

Competitiveness

Makes awesome espresso at home - as good or better than starbucks.

Be prepared, the coffee is stronger than the usual coffee maker even keurig.

And don't compare it to the keurig stuff.

I suggest buying only genuine nespresso coffee pods, as they taste better than starbucks pods.
