There seems to be confusion in the reviews. The system integration is polished. As with everything, things change overtime. I acknowledge that this is the older model and a lot of newer stuff has this.

The speaker / microphone feature is awesome. The facial recognition feature is spot on. Works fine, can see & talk to the pets fine. No problem with the app.

Good cams, been using them for around 4 months, night vision is decent, picture quality is great. The mounting plate is also nice and i like that the camera attaches via magnet.

The monthly fee is $6, it's not much and in my opinion well worth it. The nest aware subscription is well worth the annual fee to allow for saving clips, history and playback etc.

Camera does not work with the nest app and only works with the google home app. Camera sits right near the router/modem but still has issues in playback via both android and apple apps.

Some of the cameras randomly fail to reconnect to wifi in case of a temp power outage. Went through all of the troubleshooting steps and tried resetting. Can’t see temperature sensors anymore.

The product is demonstrably very low quality. Now everything about it is mediocre at best.
