Pros

Enjoy your thermostat. The lithium ion battery actually charges itself as the system runs. It uses my phone's location to determine when to switch to eco mode. It monitors my husband going in and out of the home and learns our schedule.

Love this. Fabulous and good looking too. Works great so far. Highly recommend. All works out super.

Cons

Device keeps rebooting saying that it needs to charge. Tech support is non existent and they lack knowledge and have difficulty communicating properly to the consumer. A piece of high tech junk.

This thermostat has great reviews but i guess i'm the odd one out. During hte day it changes temps up to 10 degrees randomly--no logical explanation for any of it.

This is still one of the best smart thermostats that has a good app.

Kept getting random error messages during install - power not connected to ac, couldn't detect the r wire, etc.

Which we’ve had to have 4 different visits from xfinity to tell us why it doesn’t work like a whole house thermostat should!

Price

For me this product was worth every penny.

Very happy with it now and happy we paid the extra $$ for this model.

He came out and diagnosed and changed the fuse on the furnace for $129.

We bought the cheaper one at first, and returned it for this.

Shipping

We had to pay to ship it back to the vendor so my son decided to keep it.

Packaging/appearance

This product was packaged well with easy instructions and installation.

We were returning it because the box was not sealed and the thermostat looked used (it was dirty).
