Cons

This is a very expensive device that performs worse than a $20 dumb device. Box seal had already been peeled open and parts where loose inside. This product is, or should be, a bundle of two a thermostat & a sensor.

Worst aspect is that a momentary flicker in power causes the device to shut down and display an error message that it is not powered. Setting the schedule on the app is clumsy and frustrating. Unable to install by two professional air conditioner tech... Read More

Very easy to install with good instructions.

Easy to read temperatures and set up.

Went to the schedule and change the temperatures back to normal which worked for about 12 hours then it went all bi polar again.

The plate on the 2nd edition and 3rd edition do not have the same connector from the thermostat to the plate.

Price

Worth the price, (i'm a big fan of honeywell).

Packaging/appearance

Changing my review because i didn’t realize that item description stated the box was “used/ like new” because the box was unsealed!
