Pros

One for the 4 bedrooms making the coldest and hottest room the senor to control the hvac equipment. Eco feature is a more energy efficient operation. The nest thermostat works great.

Cons

For no real discernible reason, i find the thermostat showing offline in both the nest & google home apps. It no longer records usage history of any kind and is constantly unreachable from the app. After 2 months is not working anymore.
