When i received this it looked like someone had returned this because it was not packaged correctly i bought another color as well but i inspected to make sure no damage to this

Duvet cover has ties sewn in all four corners to attach the actual duvet

This comforter set looks like someone purchased it used it tried to zip or unzip it got the zipper stuck and returned it

There are strings hanging all over the seams and as you can see by the photo it was just rolled in a ball and stuffed in the outer package
