Pros

The nestl pillow at least for me lives up to its billing. You can make it less dense just by unzipping the pillow and taking some out. Its a solid buffer pillow but maybe not ur goto pillow.

The pillow is same as a standard size bed pillow, comes with a nice and soft pillowcase. It is both firm and soft at the same time. Very firm and does not flatten.

Unlike other cooling pillows, this one really helps with my nighttime hot flashes. It's cool and relaxing, like i've just laid on a cool raft or something. I usually overheat when i sleep and get really sweaty.

The pillow is awesome. My significant other is also super picky about their pillows. A helpful tip.
