It's not rock hard like the others claim and it's not squishy like a cheap body pillow. It is much thicker than my previous body pillow though. This pillow is excellent support and like a gentle hug.

Cons

This is not a cooling pillow nor is it memory foam. It retains heat and gets hot, but it also gets deformed and has to be reshaped frequently.

The filling on the inside is useless. Hard, lumpy, uneven. Fluffed up several times over 48 hours and remains hard and flat.

Give your money to another company such as slumber cloud, ghost pillow etc. It came shrink wrapped and, i don't think i can.
