Pros

This body pillow is so comfy! It’s very fluffy and luxurious feeling. It feels firmest if you don't remove any stuffing.

This has a gel and bamboo cover while tempur-pedic has polyester. The cooling side of the cover really works. Despite being a little too firm, it does a good job of remaining cool.

This is just the best sleep i’ve gotten in a looong time. Best nights sleep in a while, no sweating. Only downside is that if i try to sleep with the cooling side down, the pillow will slide off my sheets throughout the night.

Cons

The length of the pillow is 23 inches, not the 18 inch advertised. The only option is to remove the stuffing. The pillow is now in landfill somewhere.

My neck hurts sleeping on them now but maybe i got a faulty set. In the middle of the night i wake up cause it's too warm, i flip the pillow expecting relief and there is none.

Both sides initially feel cool on contact but that dissipates into warmth. Cooling sensation only lasts about a minute after you lay your head on it. Gel foam on the inside does basically nothing other than provide fluff.

This is definitely one of my comfiest pillows, and i’ve tried many other ones before, until i’m happy with this one.

Well when my expensive tempur-pedic pillows arrived, it felt just like this one.
