I removed enough from each pillow and they are very good.
My husband says best pillow he has ever had…i must admit the pillow melts into any position.
So very hardok, disappointed at first, realized stuffing was easily removable.
The pillow doesn’t cool, but does not seem to get as warm as a normal pillow.

I would not call it coolingit just doesn’t get hot
