These are nice but bulky! Takes a few days for them to totally puff up. It has a bamboo side & a cooling side so both sides are comfortable.

If you want to sleep soundly all night then this is the pillow for you. Smaller size so you can stuff it in your suitcase. Only downside is they are narrower than a traditional pillowcase.

Despite the sizing issue, this pillow is supportive and comfortable. The pillow's memory foam design perfectly supports my body, relieving pressure and reducing discomfort.
