Outer microfiber heaven. Not smelly. Nice outside cover, and filled out nicely with min effort. Material is soft the pillow material is memory form very soft and plush.

It's actually very comfortable. But that's understandable with how well it's made and padded. I am nearly 6 ft tall and with the extra pillow on it it still supports my neck.

This pillow smells like it has been stored in a old attic with chemicals. It's choppy and not worth the money. This pillow just goes to show amazon is the modern oriental trading co.

I feel like the size is way too small even for a petite. The pillows that attach to * on the top are very wobbly. The back is also so thick that it leaves insufficient depth for comfortable seating - and i'm barely 5 ft tall and not close to obese.

This pillow has a decent exterior, but is lumpy and awkward. The filing isn't sufficient to fill the outer cover so the pillow droops and gets flat easily. It goes from soft pieces to clumps of cardboard-like hard.
