I’m 5’4 and the neck pillow is a teeny bit like half an inch too high to hit right where my neck starts but i can still rest my head on it it just doesn’t fit in the crook of my neck properly

The arm rests also come up a little higher since i sink into the bed a bit so that’s nice too but if you were using it on a firm surface the arm rests would be a little low
