Heavy duty elastic holds the sheet securely in place tucked in the mattress corners. They fit my 14 hybrid queen mattress with a 3 memory foam topper with plenty of space for more.

These sheets are extremely economical. They seem well-made. They arrived well packaged. They were shipped fast and free for prime.

Cons

Never got to sleep on them, returned for refund. Searching for another alternative. It’s sad that a company that sold such a great product would allow their quality control to drop so drastically!
