Pros

The cushioning is wonderful. They conform to my neck and head perfectly! You need to open it an reach in an break the memory foam up or it wont fluff up.

Pillow is covered with a soft quilted white fabric cover with a zipper on one end. Outer cover is removable for washing. Inside the second layer is a small bag of extra stuffing.

Cons

This pillow is not a cooling pillow. The stuffing doesn't stay disbursed throughout the pillow, it bunches up to either end.

This product is nothing compared to your description on the website. It causes nothing but neck issues. Completely disappointed by this seller.
