I'm pretty petite and the medium is a great size for me with plenty of room. It's absolutely amazing and offers ample and comfortable support. This is just the size i wanted, fits around me perfectly.

This pillow has a decent exterior, but is lumpy and awkward. The height of this pillow is too firm to really adjust- and it does have a pillow you can attach or detach from the top to adjust the height of it.
