Pros

This is one of the firmest back rests i've ever had. Super plump but supportive.

It's a great investment that will make a huge difference in your posture and overall well-being. The cushioning is adjustable. I wish it was taller.

Cons

It is ridiculously small for a normal adult. Deceptive product photos make the medium look much larger. Should be marketed for a child.

Unless the one i got is a defective item. It is so hard! Such a disappointment. Had to return it. Sadly, it has to go back.

Product arrives deflated / flat (air sealed). I washed the cover and it did nothing, i even let the pillow sit out for days to see if it would dissipate but nothing happened. The foam inside the pillow is just ripped up shreds of foam.
