Quality
I am 5 foot two, 140 pounds, and it is the perfect size to lean back on with the headrest bolster.
Price wise i think i got my monies worth and much more; so happy i made the decision of buying this product.
Packaging/appearance
It did not have any smell and no problems with packaging.
Competitiveness
It does take a good day or two to reach full fluffiness but it is so worth the wait.

It came in like a vacuum sealed plastic wrap so you have to shake it out
