Because it is new and was folded in a small box the stuffing needs to be plumped on occasion that is why i did not give 5 star support

It came with an awful chemical smell that disappeared like a day or two after i opened it but initially off putting

I was able to fit a cover from another company on it thankfully so i wont need to return it

This was very soft but i returned it because i bought it for my daughter in college to use on her dorm bed but it was way too small
