Pros

Great product, is as prescribed. Good to help you sleep a little propped up if you are sick and stuffy.

The fabric is wonderful. I really love the color, but it is lighter than the picture. When i forget to take it off the couch, the dog thinks it is a great pillow to rest it's flubbers so it gets two paws up.

I'm pretty petite and the medium is a great size for me with plenty of room. It is well stuffed so it is slightly heavier than i expected. This fits really well with only maybe an inch of room left at the top portion.

Cons

It's shredded memory foam so it's lumpy. It actually hurts my back leaning against it. This pillow smells like it has been stored in a old attic with chemicals.
