Extreme disappointment is an understatement. Poor quality stitching.

The support feels too firm; not the cushy support i was expecting. The back is also so thick that it leaves insufficient depth for comfortable seating. This is ridiculously tiny and should be advertised as backrest for children.

The inside cover was ripped in many places and shredded foam spilling out from several seams. The fabric and stuffing is not soft. It's shredded memory foam so it's lumpy.

The listing has multiple items - pillow cases only and pillows with cases. Unzipped to shift foam and zipper got stuck.
