He's a bit lumpy and not super soft and squishy - but that was my purpose for him anyways. It is soft and the pockets and cup holder are a nice touch.

Pillows that attach to * on the top are very wobbly. It's painful to sit on the bed without something to prop me up.

Tried fluffing it. If the fill needs loosening, i think the seller should do that before sending it out. It was fluffed in the dryer per instructions.

This reading pillow is filled with big clumps of foam - not small pieces, much less shredded. The zipper on the outer cover is small - not heavy-duty like it should be. It goes from soft pieces to clump of cardboard-like hard.

Not sure why there are two elastic straps sticking out of the right arm and two * at the back of the left arm. My guess is you could run your phone charger cord through the hole but the phone's not going to stay in the pocket with the giant hole there...  Read More
