Pros

The memory foam support is firm. No sagging or displacement. Can see someone who may have mobility issues struggle moving this up and down.

The inner lining with zipper is a plus. It has a large back pocket in whoch i immediately tucked my nightgown into. The pockets are great for phones and tablets.

It fits our pottery barn teen pillow as well. The quality is made very well. This is as a buy.

Cons

Tried fluffing it. Hasn't expanded. It’s just all lumpy and the pieces are settling to the bottom. The pillow comes vacuum sealed and the foam inside is apparently in clumps, so you have to sort of shake it and try to break apart the clumps.

The size is way too small even for a petite. I have back problems so it's painful to sit on the bed without something to prop me up.

I’ve tried moving the stuffing more to the arms but it doesn’t stay.

Thankfully i caught this on a "used" discount and it was a great deal.

It’s was vacuumed packed and quite flat when i first unwrapped it.

Taking it out of package and moving the foam around was easy.
