Pros

Smooth, creamy, very flavorful without being overly sweet. There is just enough creaminess and we love how much easier it is to scoop and go when everything is already hot.

Cons

My suggestion is that if you enjoy nestle hot chocolate, do not ruin that by purchasing this product.
