Pros

Getting a big ol' sack of hot cocoa mix is more convenient than the individual packs. This cocoa is delicious. It's packaged in bulk for use in food service but also contains directions for making individual servings.

The value for the price is fantastic, especially since i'm a major chocoholic. It's definitely worth the added expense.

Cons

The convenience is not worth paying double, if not more than it is worth. Chocolate is not what i would call anything near dark! It want a very rich flavor of chocolate. The whole package goes to the garbage can.

I always put like 4 or 5 spoons for like 15 ounces, gives the best results i feel

It's nice that i could buy a big bag instead of individual packets.

I put it in a sealed container so it keeps fresh.

75 lb bag came in a loose baggie that the seem had partially separated so the there was mix all over inside the package it came shipped in.

Competitiveness

The flavor is much better than that of the expensive gourmet brands.

I need to quit trying the expensive ones and stick to nestle!

I started with ghirardelli until they jacked up price then stopped selling it.
