Pros
Single pack makes a satisfying, rich beverage with 12-16 ounces of hot water. Price is also commendable. Also need 2 packets for my large mug of coffee.
Cons
Even with sucralose sweetener it is not sweet. It is thin and does not have a rich flavor. Only makes only 6oz not 8oz not even a cup.
Very dissapointed in this product. Misrepresentation is never acceptable. It is very substandard for such a reputable brand. Nestlé has a reputation for being sneaky.

Quality
It seems to take a lot of vigorous, turbulent mixing (not just fast, smooth swirling), which can be a bit messy.
Great substitute for higher fat chocolate treats
I've been drinking sugar free swiss miss for years, but never liked that it didn't dissolve easily.
You would have to keep stirring it and stirring and still you would get clumps that don't dissolve.
Price
Everything costs too much, but its delicious!

It’s not rich but it is decently chocolaty and it’s a nice treat at the end of the day when i might have otherwise had some cookies or a brownie
