Pros & Cons
Pros
The only time i have to touch it is when i reset the network, or, to dust it off on cleaning day. My only complaint is the description on amazon which describes it as a switch / hub / splitter. Will still be able to use this one though. I have a firew... Read More

Cons
When i set it up and logged into the web gui, it started bugging me about registering the switch with netgear. That multiplies the cost of the switch many, many times.

Competitiveness
I have two other netgear 300 series switches and they do work, and you can always find them on sale somewhere.
My old switch from another brand was starting to cause some strange headaches with my network.
