Pros

Highlights
Quality
I would strongly urge netgear to have all their switches discoverable with the netgear discovery tool no matter how dumb it is.
Competitiveness
Has been running like a champ now for well over two years and requires no adjustment.
I use this for my reolink security cameras and it's worked great since purchasing it a couple months ago.
