Pros
The netgear 24 port switch is a great addition to any network setup. The router has good antennas that attach securely and are thicker at the connection pin than my old router.
Cons
The box uses passive cooling; no fan. Did not come with power cord or rack mount hardware. Lasted 17 months.

Management is easy included hardware is cheap i would say get screws that are heavy duty because when this has all 24 ports wired it gets heavy
