Got this working as a failover internet for my udm pro, works great just wish it had a better signal but no complaints!
In my case, the external antennas that i bought separately, did not make my reception any better, maybe even worst.
Fitted a smarty sim (£20 per month rolling contact) with u/l data.
Price
Just a shame the 5g version is so expensive when this is a sixth of the cost.

Replaced my huawei 4g router and it's significantly better.
I just wish that three would be better, but hey, they are cheap.

I needed an lte modem or router with standard ethernet interfaces to replace my old lb2120 as it started to loose signal to the mobile network
