Pros
They're well-built, compact, and long-lasting. Great plug and play device.
This switch fits the bill. Quickly switched it out to solve issue. Only gripe is that netgear is not sufficiently clear on which of their switches are supported by the netgear discovery tool.
Cons
When attempting to use the limited lifetime warranty the netgear portal says it's not under warranty. Going back to amazon asap.
This is absurd. This is like selling a car without any car door. Thegui management interface leaves a lot to be desired.

Quality 4 port poe well built switch
I would strongly urge netgear to have all their switches discoverable with the netgear discovery tool no matter how dumb it is.
This netgear happily provides sufficient poe so that i no longer need a power cord for the ubiquiti running down the side of the cabinet.
Price
But price hasgone back up somewhat from its initial offering.

It is really a combination with a sort of weird dhcp implementation on the switchs management software itself

This is even worse if it appears to work intermittently

If your switch does not get a dhcp address immediately upon boot it sets itself to a static ip address and doesnt retry
