Pros
Speeds just as fast as the ethernet. From 1-20mbps to 100+ mbps on speedtest. The adapter is much, much bulkier than it's predecessors and comes with a magnetic cradle.
Win10 home v2004 with latest os system updates. It's utterly faultless since installed. Easy to install. Just follow the instructions carefully. All out of sight.
Cons
Usb device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting back every now and then. Windows 10 cannot connect to wifi without using thier own proprietary tool. You have to reboot or else it won't work.
Don't buy. Don't waste your money here. Completely rubbish. The performance is unacceptable.
Netgear appear to have stopped supporting the drivers for this device. Spent a long time getting this working correctly due to dropouts caused by usb 2/3 switching and memory leak.

Performs very well and is well worth the cost.

I bought this expecting a bog standard extender i was getting aj average of 2030 meg upload and download on my network with my latops built in network card

Very small adapter comes with install details on small cdrom so youll either need a cd drive or an existing internet connection to get the setup files onto the machine in question

Negative element was that total time of the loading of the data time consuming over 40 minuets to install fully which in part a server issue but the signal being able to marry up first time
