Pros

Netgear ac1200 usb wifi adapter works great. Works great in a separate room 30-40 feet from router. Speed is terrific and setup was easy netgear genie is okay but works. No complaints with disconnecting or range issues.

This does exactly what i wanted it to do. Purchased new from another retailer. Tested this product 7 different times at 7 different mcdonalds locations.

Cons

Wifi signal keeps dropping. It obviously tries to cover up buffering with huge dips in quality.

Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers a bunch of times to try and fix the issues. Amazon buries negative product reviews to boost the more favorable bot-written ones. The company’s tech support is borderline useless and a scam.

The support for it is non existent and laughable. It works, just not as advertised. It is not dependable at all.
