Practically every day it freezes or disconnects my connection because of roaming. Amazon offer an aerial and connectors with this item, the one i received does not have antenna ports. In addition the design is very poor.

It is important to note that the unit only takes a micro sim card so you will need an adaptor for a nano sim or will need to cut a mini sim

To fit the sim card you need to remove the rear panel and removalable battery

On initial power up the unit updated the software and after i connected my phone to the wifi network the unit setup can be accessed by entering the ip address or the web access address and the admin password which is printed under the battery

To make matters worse because of the foilbacked plasterboard and tripleglazed windows with metallised coatings it’s a bit like being in a faraday cage hence there’s little or no mobile signal

We seem to have a dead zone halfway into the room and whilst various boosters we have tried have improved the signal in the good half of the room nothing seems to ever make any discernable impact upon the bad side
