Cons

Tried numerous things with nintendo help to try to configure this thing properly to no avail. The router blames the modem and the modem blames the router. The only person who can update the firmware is your isp.

My internet speed with from high 480s to a measly 95mbs download. Netgear just dies. I mean, this isn't any better than renting from *.

They serve up such a hassle that it was eventually not worth spending the many hours trying to get some reasonable action from them. It just feels impossible to reliably use the internet anymore. Nothing but a nightmare since activation.

After having this modem for 5 years and going through power and isp (spectrum-los angeles) down times, this is one robust modem.

Easy set up with isp, supports a household (3000 sq/ft) with 60 devices.

My biggest issue is the shape does not lead itself to mounting it anywhere and it requires a shelf to sit on.
