Pros

Modem works great with xfinity 75mbs plan and gryphon wifi mesh router system. Works well for our purpose( amazon prime) does not drop signal and likes the netgear router.

This is the 2nd time i've bought this. It's very inexpensive. It does what it needs to do. Within that time is has worked flawlessly. Upgraded to the cm700 for increased speed with a new plan.

Cons

The eero app is not the best way to test your wifi. It takes 10-20 try's to get to connect to wifi. The app is full of bloat called “ buffer bloat”.
