Ive always had good luck with netgear switches works fine off the bat but is a bit fiddly to set up the management if there are already other ng switched present best way is to plug it directly into a machine first to configure before putting on the lan

My only complaint is that the power cable connects to the opposite side as the network cables so theres no clean front side that you can place out in open view without cables sticking out everywhere
