Neat well made and small switch very easy to setup plug power plug input to the fibre router and then have ports to extend skybox nas voip phone and others through tplink

For a non technical user who just wants to split one ethernet feed into 8 or less this will be perfect for what you need could even go for the unmanaged version

However this 8 port managed switch does not support lag functionality it is only the larger 162448 port versions that do
