The product is a good one im sure it just wasnt as described on amazons website product description said it supported link aggregation whereas this particular model does not so i returned it for a refund

But i think theres an option to bypass that software by using a web interface and this point wound up being moot for me either way since the switch turned out not to have the functionality i was looking for

My refund was issued when i dropped the item off at a ups store and notified the seller of same
