Pros

Condo is between 2 walls that are intersecting with a column. Cable hookup is at one end, and my bedroom is at the other (about 50 feet away) easy to set up and install.

Netgear n300 has been rock solid. I can still get almost 20 mbps on the deck, so it's unnoticeable for regular web browsing, etc.

Cons

The streaming audio feature on here is very disappointing. Not good for nothing. Kind of not good.
