I was baffled by the high product rating. But enough is enough, and i did my research and bought an orbi mesh setup.

Wi-fi speed is actually slower now than it was when i subscribed to the 400mb/s service. This product has an outdated gui and advertises a firewall and targeted wake time. The app is glitchy and if you have multiple routers, errors when adding more.

It feels like a mini scam, plain and simple. Exceptionally shady business practice. They need to communicate this fact to people, not leave land mines for them to step on.

The raxe500 randomly rebooted (wired and wireless connections drop; fan spins up, devices eventually reconnect) it constantly drops devices and you have to restart the router to get them back on. The only way i can connect t the internet while on this... Read More

This product was super easy to setup compared to each of the past product setups.

The 5g network is incredibly fast as the raxe300 just handles multiple signals better than my old nighthawk model.

This does not work with centurylink fiber as a standalone modem/gateway to replace the century link provided device .

All netgear products have proven to me that they are superior.
