It seems to be all or nothing with connectivity. It constantly crashes loosing internet connectivity.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this junk. It's not a good product, it's just lipstick on a pig.
The entire solution seems half-baked and rushed to market. Typically, they wear out, can't handle the throughput anymore and get put to pasture when newer standards emerge.
Shame on amazon and shame on netgear. I'm not sure why it won't send information up, but returning this product.

I’ve tried wifi extenders & boosters, multiple routers and nothing ever really worked until i found this mesh system!
Adding a satellite unit to the main floor covered all of the gaps that remained, i don't even need a second satellite.
