Pros

Found my new router. Easy to setup if you follow the exact instructions on the app. Mbps is fast enough for any gamer or house with high data needs.

Cons

The nighthawk app is garbage, doesn't show connected devices. It is “intuitive” connection only, but that intuitive connection isn’t intuitive at all. This router system is absolutely awful with apple products.

Tried to reset it and router with no luck. Tried many reboots and reinstalls.

They replace faulty gear with refurbished gear, not new gear. Support is unprepared to troubleshoot and unempowered to make the situation right. Tech support and documentation is worthless.

Please be fore warned with netgear and their products. This is an absolutely awful product with even worse sw, if that is even possible! Netgear please go to the nearest polluted and toxic beach-then pound sand. No way to exchange this product.

Total extortion. Sounds painfully simple. Not anymore.
