The nighthawk app works flawlessly and the actual router login via a laptop is full of options. The system is triband so you have tablets and phones on one ssid and laptops on another.

More crucially, the signal quality is now excellent everywhere in the house - including the loft. Wifi signal is excellent throughout our 1930s 3 bed semi when positioned centrally on the ground floor.

Netgear support is shockingly bad. Support and staff are rude, offering little to no advice. Hardware support is that your lights flash.

This is an enormous disappointment. Considering the price tag, this is disappointing. This will be returned - its just disappointingly poor.
